This project involved multiple repair and improvement scopes completed throughout the property rather than a single isolated repair. Work included investigating existing conditions, accessing below-grade utilities, repairing deteriorated areas, completing concrete and hardscape restoration, and making improvements to both interior and exterior spaces.
